With partners, Paula started a corporation called Collection Management Network (CMN) and served as its President and CEO. had robust deceased account and bankruptcy collection departments. The
Rosenfeld Attorney Network was sold to a publicly traded collections
company in late 1998, which subsequently sold it to NCO Group in 1999.
NCO continues to manage the attorney network as its own at the present
time. Warren was a Vice President with NCO from 1999-2002. Warren was
also president of NARCA from 1995 - 1997, and a charter member of the
VISA Bankruptcy Reduction Network. After leaving the collection industry
in 2002 as part of his employment contract with NCO, Warren was
recruited by Automated Collection Control, Inc. (also known as You've
